Delivery Information
Shipping and Delivery
For deliveries outside Hong Kong, we use Hongkong Post (which
includes a tracking number that enables you to track your order online
and the recipients are also required to sign upon order delivery) as our
delivery company. Please note that we do NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes and hotels.
Shipping
We generally process and ship the orders within 72 hours after we
receive them. Please be aware that there are certain exceptions to
shipping times due to credit card processing, large order volumes or
item availability. If there is a delay in your order we will explain to
you via email.
Delivery

The above are estimated delivery times only and we are not
responsible for any delay due to Customs and/or duty regulations and
procedures. Delivery time may vary, particularly during Christmas, New
Year, Chinese New Year, Easter and other holiday periods. Although
kskids.com cannot guarantee the delivery time, we will do our best to
process orders as soon as we receive them.
